You probably don’t get to see a lot of my pictures in this blog with the main reason that I am always behind the camera.  And when I am not behind the camera, the picture someone else took will always usually blurry like this one below here. 

Either is blurrish, or the angle the picture was captured made me looked fatter than I already am. So sad.  Probably that person should go attend some classes on how to use a digital camera. So the wife can look nice with the son in the picture.

Edit: His excuse of the picture above was it was the first picture he took that time and I had turned off the flash on the camera and he didn’t see that it was off.
OK, it was the first picture but then it took you forever to find how to turn back on the flash.

When we bought our home eight years ago, the previous owner treated the problem areas (artic & garage) but didn’t tent the whole house.  Within these eight years, we never had a termite inspector come to check if there is any termite problems.  Alan said he saw some termite droppings near the garage door and already treated the wood with a store bought termite solution.  He never really did more inspection himself. 

This past Thursday afternoon, when MIL came by, I asked her how often she has termite inspection.  She answered, “Whenever we saw a termite problem exist.”  But how do we know?  By recognizing the termite dropping, tiny hard round balls either black or yellow depending on the type of wood the termites eat.  After she left, I went out to the garage and found some droppings.  Yes, we have termites in the garage and may be some other places as well.  I need to arrange for an inspection soon.
