Back from mini vacation

posted in Vacation |

We just got back from our mini 2 days 1 night vacation to Las Vegas.  Why Las Vegas again some of you may ask?

Firstly is because Las Vegas is the nearest city to Los Angeles that is NOT located in California.  My sister asked what about San Francisco.  My dear sister, SFO is still in California lar.

Secondly is because they have good buffets and outlet malls.

Thirdly is because their hotel rooms are pretty nice and their rates are very competitive.

This time around, I didn’t take much pictures.  I’ve just downloaded the pictures but I didn’t even see my face in any of them.  We had a good champagne lunch buffet at Mandalay Bay, the hotel we booked our 1 night stay.  It was Mother’s Day and it was crowded.  I shopped like crazy.  I had never shop like this for such a long time.

I gotta go to bed now, been very tired because I didn’t sleep much since Saturday night.  And another factor to my tiredness was the hotel’s bed - too soft.  I sleeps better on firmer beds.  If you want, you can hop to Brandon’s blog to read the update about the trip there.

LOL! I can’t help to laugh when you said, “My dear sister, SFO is still in California lar.”

I also told my brother the same thing. A lot of people think that SFO is not in California because is so far away from LA.

Haiyo, do you have to put that down? People think I’m stupid now! I didn’t read the “not in California” part lar! I knew San Fran is in California lah.
