Egg Sandwich lunch
During the summer time I made easy lunches for Brandon. One of them was egg sandwich which I cut out using the cookie cutters I bought. I used the fish cookie cutter most as it is smaller compare to the rest.
I made hard-boiled the eggs, mashed them using a fork, add a tint of salt and mayo, and mix well. Here is a picture of the sandwich cutouts I gave to Brandon.

He didn’t have much teeth then so it took him very long (an hour or more) to finish all, and at times couldn’t even finish everything. So what I did with the skin and other misc bit and pieces? I ‘sapu‘ (wipe) all for myself.

so nice your sandwich. I always love to mix egg and potato and mash together.

Wow..! lots of work…;) good mummy..!
A lot of work, actually not worth it because he doesn’t understand the appreciation for beauty of food yet. He just eat only.

Eh, you should have put a little pea as the eye.
They look nice.. but Zara won’t even eat if it’s something she doesn’t like no matter how much I try to ‘decorate’ it.. so I give up!

wah… I like that cutter! LOL
Yeah, cutting these sandwiches into all cute shapes will definitely increase the appetite!
There’s so much more you can do with the cookies cutters. I purposely bought it not because I going to make cookies but to make this sandwich.

this is a great idea! at least can attracked his attention maybe next time add more colours (the veges…)
Next time when he does care about the food he eats then probably I will do more, but now I was just experimenting.
