Moments in My Life

I received a surprise package from a blogger friend sometime last week. Didn’t get the chance to upload the pictures until now.

The envelope was opened and inspected by the US Custom.  This is the first time ever the mail I received was checked. 

When opened the package, I saw a nursery rhyme VCD and a book for Brandon, and for mommy a pack of Assam Laksa premix and a pack of ‘sambal udang‘ (chili shrimp stock). Thank you so much Angeleyes!!

Haven’t had the chance to cook this. But according to another mutual blogger friend of ours, the Assam Laksa was SUPERB!! I like mine very sour, may be I should get some lemon or tamarind just in case. I also need to go out and get some mints. I used to have them in my yard but had taken them out because the plant went too wild.
