Moments in My Life

Just now we dropped by Disneyland again.  This time we went in the evening after dinner at home.  We just wanted to walk around a little bit to get Brandon tired for his night sleep.  We left home around 6:30pm and got to the entrance around 7pm.  The parking structure was still very full with cars and trucks.  There were many people arriving together with us and also many people leaving at the same time.

The Disneyland park opens up to midnight tonite.  The CA Adventure on the other hand closed at 9pm.  We only walked inside the Disneyland park.  Very crowded.  Guess parents were taking their kids out after they came home from work.  Weird thing we saw at the entrance was there were still people lining up for tickets.  I was not sure what tickets they were buying, but to buy a one day ticket just to use it for the few hours is definitely waste of money.  Just a note, a one day park hopper ticket at the entrace for an adult is $91 and one day park ticket to one park is $66!

It was different atmosphere for us as we never really go out at night.  We saw a lot of beautiful lights.  Below is a picture of the small world ride at Disneyland.  Isn’t it beautiful and colorful? I bet this is the brightest ride in the whole Disneyland. The line for this was too long so we looked for another ride instead.

We were on 1 ride only this evening - the Storybook boat. Then we walked around the park and then we left. Arrived back home around 9pm. Gave Brandon his bath and now Daddy is with him in the room to ‘pui‘ (teman/accompany) him to sleep.
