Tuna pasta for Brandon
posted in Food & Recipe |

This is one easy meal for baby. It is Tuna Macaroni (elbow) Pasta. I only made this once because that was the only time I had a potato at home.
You will need: a can of tuna, 1 potato, 1/4 cup of elbow macaroni pasta
Instructions:
- Peeled the potato and cut into cubes.
- Boil a pot of water. Put in the pasta and potato when the water boils. Don’t use lid.
- I prefer my baby pasta to be very soft, so I over boil it. You can stop the heat at anytime when you feel the texture if good.
- Separate the potato and the pasta. Mash the potato with fork. Mix it with the pasta.
- Cook the tuna (drained) if you prefer, or you can use it out of the can. I prefer to cook it.
- Mix it into the pasta after cooked.
- You can add pepper or other seasoning if preferred. I add some salt to mine. If I have lemon, I will add a few drops of the fresh lemon juice.

I also make tuna pasta like this, only I use lettuce + mushroom instead of potato. Also I buy the tuna with taste one, so I only add pepper. Sometimes I use salmon instead of tuna.
My boy not enough teeth to chew on lettuce and mushroom. *sigh*
